My mom had her first facial (with Ami I believe) and she absolutely had a relaxing/great time.

Ali is an exceptional RMT. Professional, polite and very knowledgeable.

The experience from entering the location was easy. Receptionist explained what to do when filling out forms, Matt was very professional and exception as a therapist. The lady at reception explained upcoming promotion which I chose to take. I was very happy.

Therapists are excellent and like the membership to ensure I go in regularly. Also LOVE the facialist Ami; great to be able to use my member for facials.

Ami, who did my facial, is so kind and friendly. The entire experience was relaxing and felt really special, which definitely made it worth the price. I love how knowledgeable she was about my skin type and how comfortable she made me feel.

The Leaside location is great, staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, always helpful and the massage therapists (Matt and Roslyn) as well as estheticians (Amy, specifically) are the best! They are excellent professionals.
