Hand and Stone

I had a very pleasant experience at Hand & Stone. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The RMT was very friendly and addressed any problem areas I had. I felt very relaxed after my massage. Will come to Hand & Stone again.

My massage therapist was excellent and remembered the issues i was having from the last massage and was focusing on them again. Its so easy to book an appointment - every time i called (even last minute) there was always an appointment available for my crazy schedule!

Matt was extremely conscientious in making sure that my physical needs were met. He understands my concerns about certain body areas and he made sure that those areas got a lot of care. He also was attentive to the amount of pressure he used on my muscles and checked with me as the treatment progressed. I really appreciate his expertise and ability to address my specific concerns.

The booking process was easy, everyone was super friendly, the spa was immaculate. Brittany was very skilled and had a great demeanor - one of the best massages I've ever had. I'll definitely be back for more massages and other services. So glad you are open post-COVID and that everyone is safe!

Overall very professional team (from reception to the therapist). The massage was super helpful. I sometimes have back and shoulder pain and the therapy really helped improve my pain.

1) The receptionist (with the dyed, pink-ish hair) is always so friendly and professional. She is very good at her job. 2) I was greeted warmly by Chris C and finally, 3) the massage was outstanding as per usual.

The overall experience was fantastic, starting from when I called to make the appointment, to when I left the spa after my appointment concluded.
