Hand and Stone

1) The receptionist (with the dyed, pink-ish hair) is always so friendly and professional. She is very good at her job. 2) I was greeted warmly by Chris C and finally, 3) the massage was outstanding as per usual.

The overall experience was fantastic, starting from when I called to make the appointment, to when I left the spa after my appointment concluded.

My therapist was excellent and friendly.

So many upgrades since I’ve last been there! The heated tables for one were delightful! My massage therapist did a really great job.

I always asked for the same therapist and find him available. The well ambiance of the area. The location is the best for me.

I love the atmosphere and staff. The RMT is excellent. I’ve already recommended him to my girlfriends who live in the area. I had to put my account on hold to anticipate what would be coming down the road with respect to vaccine passports. Though I am not against vaccines. I am waiting to see if Hand and Stone will or will not support vaccine passports. I strongly believe in individual rights to medical freedom (this is a personal choice that must be protected regardless of where you stand on the covid vaccine). I plan to continue to support businesses who will not support vaccine passports.

Bonnie is the most skilled massage therapist I’ve ever met. I’ve had countless massages to relieve my chronic pain due to a serious MVA. My sessions were relaxing but never improved my sleep quality or daily activity. My first session with Bonnie was incredible a d it opened my eyes to the benefits of massage. Fast forward many sessions I no longer have pain in areas that would often flare and I am sleeping soundly. I will remain committed to her as long as she is in the business.

Chris was an excellent and knowledgeable RMT that was able to treat and explain my specific needs very well. The staff there is always great. It would be interesting to know what if anything is being done regarding ventilation, given Covid-19. Probably not an issue, but of interest for safety.
