Massage therapist was very welcoming and thoughtful throughout. For example- when I said that the pressure was good- she specifically clarified if I wanted harder or softer pressure rather than just accepting my answer of good. Massage, wait time and booking were all very smooth. Covid protocols were all in place and I felt very safe.

The therapist I’ve come to request, Joyce is very knowledgeable and friendly. She remembers me from previous appointments which I appreciate even though I do not book too frequently

My massage therapist was Ali and it was a great massage. He has a very soothing technique . He also listened to my issues and focused on the areas I had mentioned that were giving me problems. Overall, a great experience.

I always receive a friendly greeting from the front desk and they super helpful. All the massage therapists are great and I have two favourites that I usually try to go to. Monthly membership price is very reasonable and good promotions too. I have no complaints.

I have been coming to Hand & Stone since you opened and always been pleased with your services- we always book with Chris Costa or Brittney- both very skilled therapist. I miss the facial services and do plan to book when reopened.

Jeri is an excellent massage therapist. She was knowledgeable, and was able to focus on my specific ache.

Matt was excellent, he was able to get deep. Really enjoyed the cupping massage and he was excellent at explaining the cupping.

I have never liked massages as I’m ticklish and generally avoided them but came in due to lower back pain. Wendy immediately put me at ease and was very knowledgeable and skilled. I’ve been going to see her every month.
