Hand and Stone

I have had a membership with Hand and Stone Leaside now for a couple of years. I didn't use it regularly at the beginning but now I do. I had a few issues crop up a few months ago and Brittany was superb in helping me. My intercostal muscles and diaphragm had seized up as a result of a chiropractic adjustment. Brittany was fabulous at relieving the pain over a few visits. She's super attentive and focuses on what I need/tell her at each visit. I love coming, it's my treat to myself!

Britt was extremely receptive to my needs. She gave me an incredible massage while attending to the problem areas. She also managed and maximized my time.

Overall, helpful and friendly service. Reception was easy and actual massage was great and helpful, as well. No complaints at all.

The staff made the experience worth the extra precautionary health measures in place. I came out feeling relaxed and feeling much better than when I went in!

It was easy to book. The place was very clean & covid protocols were evident. The masseuse was professional.

My Hand & Stone experience is consistently perfect. The receptionists always make sure to answer all of the questions, find a time spot for me and welcome me with a smile. The place itself is very clean and relaxing (the massage room on the right could be decorated with a little more ambience maybe, in no covid time of course, but it's a minor moment). Matt is the only specialist whom I've seen up to know and I can give him a very high review. He always asks what exactly bothers me, what should we work on that exact day, he also always asks if the level of pressure is right during the session. Thank you!

I had injured my back. I booked the appointment for the following day and got the appointment. The staff was so friendly and my rmt was very knowledgeable about my issues and spent more time on my hurt area, very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Very happy with the services.
