Queenie is excellent. The room is clean, the bed comfortable, she is friendly, and I find it very relaxing.

My massage therapist has always been super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He has a great way of making you feel and ease. The entire appointment from the moment you enter the room is focused on making you feel better. You can tell he really loves what he does. He understands the human body and offers helpful ways to relieve stress. I will only see him. The only thing I would've changed about my visit is that I would've preferred if the front of house staff measure all guests' temperature versus simply asking the question "do you have a temperature" in the intake form.

The therapist answered my questions professionally and then suggested exercises that would benefit muscle relaxation. She then suggested that I would probably require 2 additional sessions to reduce the tightness in the back muscles . The next massage should be booked within 2 weeks & the following one should follow in another 2-3 weeks. I'm looking forward to my next massage .

Professional, on time, great experience

Jeri was extremely professional, friendly, made me feel comfortable, valued, understood my muscle issue, and was able to provide some relief. She definitely knew what she was doing! My pain was decreased and my function was increased. Jeri listened to my problem and went right to work to find me some relief. She was recommended to me by a friend and I will definitely recommend her to others. She did did all she could to help me. I will return, however I only want to see her. Thank you

Clean, great availability of appointments and great therapist every time

I love the friendliness of the staff and how welcoming they are. My RMT Matt is great. He gives me great tips post my appt. He is attentive and a great listener. I always feel brand new when I leave his appts.

I needed stress relief and Queenie did a great job of using the exact amount of pressure I wanted to help relax me. The receptionist was so helpful too and helped me get a good membership deal

I was pleased to see only one other client in the waiting room when I entered. Everyone was wearing a mask and I was asked to complete the health screening form right away. Within less than a few minutes, my RTM arrived to escort me to the massage room. It was an excellent experience.
