Excellent and friendly service. Appt was on time and the room was clean. Hassle free check in/ and out. Enjoyable experience overall!

The Receptionist and massage therapist made it very clear that they are following tight physical distancing processes. I felt very safe and comfortable. The massage I received was amazing and I am looking forward to going back for another one next month.

My experience at Hand and Stone is always amazing! Janice was my therapist this time around, and she was excellent! I would definitely request her, and/or refer her to a friend. She was so polite, and made me feel super comfortable and relaxed from start to finish. I have some old injuries that require more attention, and she was able to manage the time perfectly to work on those problem areas, and still give me a full body massage. Janice was very attentive and would check in every now and then to make sure the pressure, etc. was exactly as I wanted. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service and will be back soon!

Napier is an amazing RMT. He really takes the time to meet my needs and often asks how things are going to adapt. I will always come back while he's working there.

Petru was excellent, very attentive and professional. I mentioned the areas that needed the most work and the massage time was distributed well to focus on these areas.

Prompt service, friendly and helpful staff. Clean facility. Good massage, left me feeling relaxed. Convenient location for me (from my house).

Although everything is more complicated now, the staff did an admirable job of maintaining safety and cleanliness. It was a great experience.
