My massage was booked last minute - and it was done with ease. I was experiencing pain prior to massage, and it was relieved afterwards. It also held well until the next day. I was very relaxed, and thoroughly enjoyed my massage.

Most important is your massage therapists are very good at what they do. I come for pain relief and always leave feeling pain free or nearly 2nd they are friendly and continually check in to see if the pressure is fine or other pertinent questions. But they don’t engage you in conversation which I highly value as well Lastly all your staff are friendly and respectful and make you feel important.

The Leaside Hand & Stone is one of the best places to get your massage. From the receptionist to the massage theparist usually it is a seamless experience.

The massage therapist was friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone made me feel comfortable (I suffer from anxiety so this is a big issue for me). Everything was completed in a timely manner. The price is not too expensive.

Always a wonderful experience. Reception staff are friendly and welcoming and my massage therapist Jeri is the best one I’ve ever had. Since I’ve started seeing her I’ve noticed less back pain- she is the best!!

The appointment started 10 minutes late but the therapist was great

After a TERRIBLE experience with H&S in Pickering where the RMT (Peter) performed very questionable actions during my appointment without my consent, I went back to my original RMT (Napier) and remembered what professional service is like. He asked for my comfort level along the way and checked in on me all the time on pressure. He was caring and really helped relieve my pain points.

I found the room where I had my facial warm and aromatic. The bed was warm as the weather was very cold on the day I visited the salon. Ami gave a great facial.
