Receptionist very friendly and I bought a membership and she very thoroughly explained everything. Massage therapist on schedule and very attentive. Also the same for the facial lady. I felt as though they cared to give me good service

Jennifer was knowledgeable and remembered me from 3 months ago. My skin is glowing and she gave me a sample because I am looking for an eye cream. Receptionist solved my account problems and provided a solution I didn't ask for which was nice.

The overall experience was great. The reception staff were nice and friendly. The esthetician was friendly, nice and knowledgeable. She also made a few recommendations as to what I should do moving forward to help with me skin.

Chris is very knowledgable and is very good at what he does. He is very friendly and he always greets me with a smile. I will most definitely always book Chris as he also recommends things that I should do to work on my back and explains the things that affect my posture and health overall.

Jenn was absolutely fantastic! She knew exactly what she was talking about and made the appointment very relaxing. Can’t wait to come back and get another facial with her.

Ami and Ali were both amazing. Ali is my favourite massage therapist and I will definitely be booking another appointment with him this month. This was my first experience with Ami and I also enjoyed my facial. I will be booking another facial as well with her in the near future.

I have been coming to Hand & Stone for a couple of years. Yesterday’s massage with Joyce was the best massage I’ve ever had.
