My appointment started on time, the service was excellent. The atmosphere was relaxing.

Everything was great! I use Dermalogica at home which is why I keep coming back for more. I will be booking another facial.

The staff and therapists are very knowledgeable in their respective fields and their attitude is welcoming and friendly.

I liked the welcome I received from the receptionist. The back lights had been turned down and it made the office feel more welcoming and warmer. My therapist, Christine at Leaside, is the best therapist I have had in over 30 years of massages. She recognized quickly my problem areas and she knows what to do in each case. I have had a sore back, shoulder and leg over the last two years and she has helped me recover in each case. I also had my appendix out four months ago and she was careful with the movements. I always recommend Hand and Stone to others. I hope they take advantage of the great prices and staff at Leaside.

My massage therapist listened to my needs and checked in with me during the massage to make sure I was doing ok and if he could change anything. He addressed the areas of concern and helped relieved the pain. He was on time, as always, and spent the full 80 minutes on me. All of the massage therapists I have ever had have been polite, respectful and knowledgable and very good.

Raymond assessed my needs before & during the treatment and came up with a customized massage that included more than just straight swedish massage
