Hand and Stone

The A/C was not working.

I rated Highly Satisfied because I was unsure if the survey was going to hone in on my individual service or not. I couldn't skip questions and go back to adjust my answers for accuracy and relevancy. Also, I rated based on my 10/6 appointment only and at this particular visit, the receptionist who helped me (Cameron) was someone I had never seen before and she is the friendliest receptionist I've ever seen. The other gal was friendly too, although she wasn't helping me directly. The people at the front are often rude, short, seem like they can't be bothered answering questions, and are generally not very welcoming. So, I was pleased with how sweet, smiley, and nice Cameron was. My therapist was OUTSTANDING, and always is. The level of service I receive is what I value most and David is the best and most helpful massage therapist I have ever seen. He is why I have stayed with hand & stone. On a similar topic, Brittany was an amazing esthetician and I was sad to see her go. No one has compared to her.

I absolutely LOVE David and have gone to him for years. He is changing his hours to only Monday-Wednesday and that will be hard to book. I have tried other massues and he is the best so I won’t wast my time or money on anyone else but I cannot go these hours:(

Massage therapist was very good. Easy to book appointment. Good appointment availability. Good location. Nice staff. I was at a conference, so I am not able to return to this particular location. However, I have Hand and Stone where I live and recognize it as a trusted place to receive services.

Already gave the response to the individual questions. Nothing additional to add without being repetitive.

The staff is friendly and professional and my massage therapist was excellent

I got a prenatal massage and my therapist made sure that I was comfortable and safe in laying positions. Amount of pressure was perfect, very relaxing!
