I'm paying $69 monthly, but when I go in it is always" an additional charge. $30 to $40 more + gratuity. When I originally started at this facility 8 years ago I paid $49. As it goes up I'm not given any incentive to keep coming. I'm a widow on a fixed income and this service is a big splurge for me. I wish I could be given an incentive to keep coming. The last time the price was raised I requested something for loyalty for all the years. But was denied. The first 2 years I drove from west Texas to keep my appointments. Now thank goodness I live closer.

I receive the service quality that I expect.

I had my first massage with Brenda at Hand and Stone. I was nervous because it was something I had never done before and did not know what to expect. Brenda made sure to explain everything that would happen and was very kind and knowledgeable. My massage was AMAZING and I signed up for the monthly rewards program. I am so glad my husband got me a gift certificate for Christmas, or I might never have had this experience.

Michelle is Great !! always works on the area's I request. The bed is always warm and relaxing, I also refer her to friends and family
