The massage was very badly needed and I could not get my regular person that does my massage I had to get a different person but she did a very good job feel much better will visit with her next month

I was scheduled for a massage was told the masseuse was running late driving to work. That person never showed up. I waited one hour before I was given a facial appointment which was not charged to me so that was great very good customer service.

I had a great first experience at Hand and Stone. My esthetician, Kayla, was amazing! She started the appointment asking me questions about my routine and skin goals, throughout the service was open to talking to be about what was being done while still allowing moments of silence and relaxation. I immediately booked my next appointment with her and am already looking forward to it.
