I had a great first experience at Hand and Stone. My esthetician, Kayla, was amazing! She started the appointment asking me questions about my routine and skin goals, throughout the service was open to talking to be about what was being done while still allowing moments of silence and relaxation. I immediately booked my next appointment with her and am already looking forward to it.

The massage therapist was on time and the session lasted the proper length of time. He asked if the pressure was adequate and I found it to be perfect. The music was working this time, and the atmosphere was perfect.

Michelle is able to apply the firm pressure that I want. Michelle remembers my problem areas and always asks if I have any areas I need her to focus on. She really seems to care for her clients.

10/10 highly recommend!! Brenda was amazing so helpful. She checked in with me, made me feel comfortable, and overall relaxed. Absolutely made my day.
