My massage therapist was very knowledgeable and explained why things happen the way they do during and dafter a massage. He also made sure to tell me how to care for myself after and made a personalized plan for me moving forward.

Ease of making appointments, friendly/helpful staff, availability of products.

The only issue is that when I filled out the online form, I was unable to submit it. When I selected Submit, nothing happened, even though I tried several times.

The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The staff were very knowledgeable of services and products offered. Definitely the best Hand & Stone that I have been to and the staff were awesome.

I was made to feel comfortable and my every need was managed

Rickie was wonderful. She asked about the products I currently use at home. Also answered questions about what to do to prepare for my next visit where I will do microdermabrasion. The pumpkin facial smelled so good and my skin looks great.
