My massage therapist David was great and made sure his pressure was good as well as if my sore areas were addressed. He was very professional and it was very relaxing. Exactly what I needed after a long work week. My esthetician was amazing as well. My skin feels and looks amazing today after the nuface treatment.

Excellent customer service, the employees were extremely nice and catered to my needs, the place of work was well kept together and needs praise. The massage therapist was very professional and knows her stuff. Will definitely come back in the near future for a follow up.

Ricki made sure that I was knowledgeable in what was wrong with the current products I was using for my face. She explained what she was doing before the appointment and made sure I was comfortable with the treatment plan.

I’ve had massages done by multiple therapists there and ended up canceling my membership because I didn’t feel I was getting great massages as I’d hoped. Until I was referred by my coworkers to go to Demetra. That was by FAR the best massage I’ve ever recieved. She was very intuitive and present. She used firm pressure throughout the entire massage without having to ask for more. She has a calm, sweet personality who made me feel like she cares. I will use her again!

My therapist was spot on when it came to the problem areas on my hip. Asked pertinent questions about my pains and addresses them. Priscilla was awesome. Hope to use her again.

Tiffany is an absolute godsend. The is the best massage therapist I have ever experienced, and H&S is very blessed to have her as a therapist.

The Hand and Stone app has been “under maintenance” intermittently during the last 3 months. Website was equally as non user friendly. Have been a member for almost 3 years and the app has worked fine in the past.

Very nice employees. Made me feel welcomed. Ricki did an amazing job on my facial. She answered my questions and gave me tips. John, who signed me up on my membership was amazing as well. Super friendly!

I scheduled a last minute session, but got an appointment same day. My wait was about 20 minutes, went by quickly. My estatician ask for my input and provided answers to my question and concerns. Had a very relaxing time!
