The reception area was nice and clean and had a comfortable temperature. The receptionist was very nice. On my way back from the restroom, my massage therapist was waiting for me in the hallway and we got started a little bit early! He was great and quite knowledgeable and kept checking to see that the pressure was good. Thank you for a great experience.

The receptionists were really friendly and kind, very pleasant to talk to. I was completely blown away by my massage therapist. He was very knowledgeable on what to do for my problem areas, used a technique I haven't experienced before, and overall seemed to really care about my issues and wanted to help me improve. 10/10 for him, the best massage therapist I've seen in a very long while. Huge shout-out to him! I'd love to give him a shoutout but I forgot his name. He was around 5 feet 4 inches tall, maybe shorter than that, short and dark hair, gauged earlobes.
