I would like to be given more info about points work and combining services.

Janeth was knowledgeable and amazing- she is the reason I chose to join the membership

Firstly, I love love love Emily! She is professional, courteous, attentive and recommends products and new services that might fit my skin condition. Secondly, - the receptionist is always friendly and efficient. I love the ambience of Hand and Stone and the "down to earth" warm feeling I get from the staff - just overall "unpretentious" and soooooo approachable with questions. Finally, - I love the location of your business... it is 10 minutes from my house.

I am so happy to have found Dawn, the massage therapist I had for my last 3 sessions. She is so knowledgeable and professional, I always felt I was in good hands. Unfortunately Dawn is leaving the store and I've booked my next two massages with different therapists in hopes that I can find another great fit.

Getting a proper massage has been hit or miss with Hand and Stone. Joe was on time for the appointment and he used all the time. He also spent a reasonable amount of time on each area and was able to cover all areas without anything feeling rushed. He didn't try to engage in conversation so I could just relax and be in the moment. It was a well balanced massage and it's the best I've felt leaving a massage in a while.

First of all did not know of increase from $69.99 to $79.99. Second, of all the times going to Hand & Stone no one ever mentioned my points, even when i made appointments points were never mentioned. Thanks to Valeria Torres, who by the way did a fantastic job, informed me about my points. If it was not for Valeria I would have paid the full price again. Thank you Valeria for being up on your clients information.
