Getting a proper massage has been hit or miss with Hand and Stone. Joe was on time for the appointment and he used all the time. He also spent a reasonable amount of time on each area and was able to cover all areas without anything feeling rushed. He didn't try to engage in conversation so I could just relax and be in the moment. It was a well balanced massage and it's the best I've felt leaving a massage in a while.

First of all did not know of increase from $69.99 to $79.99. Second, of all the times going to Hand & Stone no one ever mentioned my points, even when i made appointments points were never mentioned. Thanks to Valeria Torres, who by the way did a fantastic job, informed me about my points. If it was not for Valeria I would have paid the full price again. Thank you Valeria for being up on your clients information.

I had an appt scheduled on Monday and received a call the prior week letting me know my therapist was no longer with the company. The receptionist was still able to schedule me for an appt the same day, just at a later time. Although I initially scheduled for a 90 minute massage and they couldn’t accommodate me I was just happy to get in with a 60 min massage. To my surprise I really liked Sheila Martin. And I plan to schedule with her in the future I ran the Colfax over the weekend and every Monday after the race I schedule a massage and Sheila made me feel amazing and took away any pain I was feeling.

Guadalupe provided an outstanding massage. She was highly knowledgeable about dealing with scar tissue, and she was also able to sustain the exact amount of pressure that I was hoping for for the duration of the massage. She was also friendly and made the experience very positive.

Emily gives me a great facial with no upscale and small talk. Very relaxing and my skin feels great. She is wonderful.
