Very friendly staff. I actually made an appt with the wrong spa and even though they weren't able to take me that day, they put me on a waiting list and called me later that day when an opening came up. Then very friendly when I came in and massage therapist was great. Neck and upper shoulder area were sore and felt great afterwards.

I walk in and the technician is welcoming me in to the back area ready to give me a facial of a life time. And that she did. I have recommended her and her magnificent attitude, conversations and hand work is Awesome and I feel like Heaven here on earth. Marcus is an excellent therapist. I prefer keeping the same therapist for consistency and have had many issues with therapists leaving Hand and Stone. I sincerely hope you are able to keep Marcus and other therapists who are doing a good job and have loyalty to their customers and the business.
