The facility was nice, and the people very friendly. The therapist was very good, using her knowledge to help me as I needed it. The process from start to finish was also very easy to complete.

Janet is extremely knowledgeable and always treats me very well. I always leave more relaxed.

Sheila was great and focused where I asked her too. Reception was welcoming and made sure I was taken care of right away. Loved the warm towel to wash off oil after the massage which was new this time!

Mitchell did an excellent job of listening to my aches and locations. He then explained the products and methodology to focus on them. Excellent!

The Hand and Stone team is always friendly! Each therapist I’ve had has been awesome and very sweet. I’ve had to change my appointments a couple times, and I’ve also been called because you’ve have to change my appointment as well and it has been easy to find a new appointment that fits my schedule.

Diane is very kind, professional and respectful massage therapist. I will complete one year one my next visit seeing only her. She deserves a raise!

With how long I've been a member, I've only had one massage therapist that was bad. Everyone since then has been good or better. Keep quality therapists on staff, continue the good work.
