Joe was awesome - very friendly and made me feel comfortable. The receptionist team answered my questions with ease and greeted me as soon as I walked thru the door, making me feel welcome. This H&S was one of the best locations I've been to. Thank you!

I was able to easily book a last minute appointment. The staff member who greeted me was exceptionally welcoming, friendly, and added to the overall relaxing ambiance by her tone of voice. The massage therapist immediately made sure my add ins where what I expected and suggested an better alternative. She took time to learn details of my pain and knew exactly what I was experiencing. I can’t say enough about how experienced and knowledgeable she was, and the massage was exactly what I needed d to relieve pain. She was on top of everything and made sure I knew what to expect and spent time really addressing my problem areas. I woke up this morning and my pain has decreased 60% thanks to her work. I will likely be booking regular appointments with that massage therapist because of her fantastic skills and experience.

Janeth is amazing massage therapist. She always takes great care of me. I love coming to Hand and Stone because of the great hospitality.

My therapist talked too much during the appointment. He also appeared to be sick. I was sneezed on during my visit mid massage. It was quite disappointing

Joe is a great therapist. He focuses on the areas on need and does not just “fluff”. He asks how the pressure is and if he needs to adjust.
