All went smoothly. My actual appt had to be canceled and the new recommendation worked out well.

The esthetician is knowledgeable, kind and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom is clean.

In the past, I have complained about the receptionists seeming to not want to check people in but that has changed. I feel more welcomed when I walk in and the ladies working up front all stop what they are doing and are attentive. I come monthly and there is no longer an awkward feeling of which person wants to check people in. They work hard, so thank you. I love my massage therapist too!

I have been a member for quite a while now. I have had few complaints. There are more pros than cons. One thing that would be nice is for the massage to be a full hour not 50min. Time is usually taken away when waiting for therapists to enter and prep the massage. A full hour would be amazing for the price

Carissa always makes my experience pleasant. She is very knowledgeable about skin and products. She's helped explained to me what I need to do to keep my skin looking good and healthy. She really takes the time to explain everything to me. I was having a problem with eyelid dryness and she knew right away what products to use and what to offer me to purchase without being pushy.
