I book my facials every time with Marie and she is absolutely fabulous. Hands down she gives the best facials. She is very knowledgeable and doesn’t come off pushy to try and upsell anything. However, if she suggests a product…I always buy it because she knows best. ☺️

I was most satisfied that I was able to book an appointment for the next day or two instead of booking weeks in advance. During my appointment I was made aware of the point system. I was also reminded about regular emails I should be receiving. I felt I received good customer service and that my business was appreciated.

This survey was geared more to a person who had a facial. I did not have a facial but a massage.

The courteous staff makes the visit pleasant. The reminder calls are quite helpful. Diana is always on time. James helps my muscles.

Everything is always seemless from check in, to the friendly receptionist, to the therapist, to the relaxation. Love this location.

The receptionists, no matter who is there, have all been wonderful. Its always a pleasant experience. James is a phenomenal therapist, who knows exactly what he is doing, is able to explain how muscles interact, pin point issues and meticulously addresses them. Do to skin sensitivity I have not tried any of the services, however, im highly satisfied with my massge experience as part of my healthcare routine.
