Always greeted quickly and kindly by receptionists upon arrival at H&S KOP. They reminded me of the location of bathroom if needed, and water and mints were available. The therapist greeted warmly and asked for areas to focus and to avoid. After the service he suggested some things to try at home to continue to feel great

Therapist was very knowledgeable and identified problem areas, even though I did not mention specific problems. Also, checked with me concerning pressure applied. Also, gave suggestions for after the massage if any discomfort occurred.
