Loved my experience and cannot wait to come back!!

Friendliness & ease of checking in and out. Now that I’m fully vaccinated looking forward to using up those packages I’ve been accumulating

The whole experience was convenient and pleasant. The location was very clean and had a relaxing feel. The reception staff was very polite and helpful. The esthetician seemed to know what she was doing. Overall I had a wonderful experience.

I usually book my appointments for the evening. However this month I went during the day and Annette was my massage therapist. It was my first time with Annette. I must say she was excellent. She applied the correct pressure, and gave me an awesome massage. I will use her again...definitely.

The atmosphere alone was extremely relaxing. I was so pleasantly surprised how much better my skin looked after one facial. we signed up for the membership but we're not pressured into it.

My skin feels incredible since my facial with Noor. Noor always makes the visit very relaxing as well as educational. She goes the extra mile to be sure all my questions are answered . She also provides product recommendations she believes would enhance the continued health of my skin. My facial appointments are always relaxing and my skin feels wonderful after the treatment.

I was kindly greeted, temperature taken and asked did I need water etc . That’s great service. The therapist greeted me and asked what areas did I need him to work on, gave instructions on what to do next. The massage was great and very relaxing! That’s great service!

My regular therapist was out with an ankle injury. I was assigned to Shawn (Sean?). It turned out to be a great massage. He adjusted to my suggestions of pressure. I booked my next appointment with him.

I love the KOP Hand and Stone. I live closer to the Wayne Hand and Stone, but continue to drive to KOP becasue of the superior customer service and quality of the massage.

I always enjoy a massage each month, it not only relaxes me physically but also mentally, it is my alone time. I don't have to think or talk, just listen to the music and escape the day to day grime! I wish I could have a massage once a week.
