This salon is always very clean. Covid procedures were being followed while I was there. Everyone is very familiar and nice. My therapist Joanne is absolutely amazing at what she does!!! Recommend this HaS to everyone I know!

Check in over the phone was easy. The pre screen was easy to fill out. Everything was explained well regarding the new covid procedures. The therapist listened to my needs

Therapist was great. Relaxing experience

Although we arrived early we were immediately allowed to enter. Our massage therapist were ready and we were escorted to our rooms within 2 minutes. My therapist (Audrey) was knowledgeable, effective and friendly. I look forward to scheduling with her in the future.

I went to the KOP location which was nice and accommodating but I really wish my home store brookhaven had openings
