My masseuse is incredible! Joanne is always pleasant and accommodating. She is also building her skill set and will be traveling soon to Thailand to learn a new technique. I love her and will continue to frequent my H&S and maybe even try some new services in the New Year!

The massage therapist was friendly and listened to me. He did a good job with the hot stone massage. He was on time and did his job well.

My massage by Natasha was terrific. She knows my body well after only 2 visits. The pressure was good and she knows her anatomy as she followed the muscle from origin to insertion. She is friendly as well. The folks at the front desk were helpful and curtious .

The Massage was excellent. When the massage ended, the massage therapist did not know that I was scheduled for a facial and did not have the clothes bag, robe and slippers in the room. The massage therapist had to go to the front desk and checked with receptionist. Then she returned with the clothes bag, robe and slippers. Then I was able to proceed to the next room for the facial. I was disappointed that there seemed to be a lack of communication between massage therapist and the receptionist. Wayne
