My massage therapist, Tim, is fantastic at preparing me for my upcoming trail running races with the sports massage and stretching he does. I always feel great after his massages and it helps me perform better and prevent injury. I will recommend Tim highly to any of my running friends who are looking for a good sports massage.

My masseuse is lovely-Joanne. She is awesome and takes the time to ask me questions prior to my massage. She always works my kinks out and I leave there like a wet noodle! I love her and always try to book with her!

Receptionists are always very friendly upon arrival at Hand & Stone KOP. It's so simple to make an appointment over the phone and I feel there is always good availability even last minute. I had went to a previous Hand & Stone and only had an ok experience. I didn't feel like the esthetician cared about my skin or concerns and was just doing the same facial they did on everyone. This is definitely not the case at KOP, I've had an absolutely amazing experience with Marie. I know she cares about my skin and she makes suggestions that she feels could best benefit me. Normally I would be skeptical about services being recommended, thinking they were just trying to upsell me, but not here. I have seen visible improvement in my skin since visiting. I'm actually so sad that I'm moving because Marie is the best esthetician I've been to, and I fully trust her with my skincare needs.

I was greeted upon entering. The massage was very relaxing. Russ listened to what I said I wanted to concentrate on.
