I know she is the manager which makes it even nicer that she'll take the time to help me out. making an appointment with James is challenging, he's the best and is very much on demand! The location was clean, the staff was extremely nice and welcoming. Chris my masseuse was very professional and did an amazing job. Emma gave me a fabulous facial -- I left feeling refreshed and relaxed. Debbie at the front desk was also very knowledgeable and super friendly. I had an incredible experience and will definitely be back!

Tiffany was very friendly and did a fine job of making me feel comfortable during my facial, however , I was unaware that I was entitled to 2 extra additional services with this facial which was gift from my daughter

Massage was great. Pressure was great, and I requested a "quiet" massage and that was given. Receptionist was nice.
