My therapist Celeste was very knowledgeable about the messages. I informed her of my areas that are causing me discomfort on a daily basis and she focused on those areas. Also gave great advise. I was very satisfied with the service.

The customer service provided at the King of Prussia location is excellent !!! Timothy is an excellent therapist and is definitely an asset to your organization. I feel very fortunate to have found him.

When I walked in, I was warmly greeted by two receptionists and the manager. I asked about joining the membership and all my questions were answered swiftly. I was pleased with how well my massage therapist did in relieving tension, and liked that she offered to focus on my problem areas.

I wanted a relaxing experience and that’s exactly what I got. My therapist was nice. The spa is clean. The front desk was nice.

Noor who did my facial massage, shared amazing tops on skin care. My skin feels refreshed and my acne seems to be calm down.

The ambience from the entry way/lobby to the facial room was peaceful and welcoming. My aesthetician, Alisha, was awesome! De was thorough and very informative. I didn’t feel pressured to purchase additional products but she did give me the necessary info based on my skin. She made me very comfortable and I trusted her opinion and input. I would definitely go back to Alisha again!

Russ was awesome!! He asked questions and explained the different components to my massage before we started. During the massage he was very professional and throughout the massage checked to see if pressure was okay. Would highly recommend!!!
