Appt was easy to book. My therapist was very knowledgeable. The experience was was very easy and relaxed. The location of the facility was very good. The reception staff was courteous and knowledgeable.

The receptionist remembered making my appointment for me the day before. The esthetician discussed my treatment plan in the room -not the reception area. I really liked the atmosphere of this hand and stone and felt welcomed. I’ll definitely be back again this month.

The staff were amazing. I was greated with a smile and warmth. Tim did an awesome job on the areas that was bothersome. He was kind and respectful of my area if needs. I experienced the highest level customer service at King of Prussia location. The staff went above abd beyond to answer my questions and concerns. I am glad and proud to be a returning member to Hand and Stone. Marie took the time to answer my skin concerns for future facials. She explainedl the Clarity skincare line in great detail.
