The staff was friendly and accommodating. The experience was relaxing. The results were ver pleasant.

Diana is amazing! She provides exceptional service and I look forward to her facial. She recommended a product but unfortunately there were no samples. I like to try a product for a time before I invest.

Emma was freindly, knowledgeable and made it a very pleasant experience. Receptionist was friendly and welcoming. The environment is very calming.

Celeste was exceptional and effective in targeting my problem areas. I wish she didn't have a waitlist but I understand because of her effectiveness.

I enjoy the relaxation a massage gives me physically and mentally. Everyone at Hand & Stone are friendly and the person that massages me is great! The pressure is prefect and they spend the full 50 minutes massaging me, I don't feel rushed.

I am always greeted kindly from the front desk staff. James is a great therapist. He listens to concern areas, and always great suggestions

The staff and service provided at this Hand and Stone Location is always better than expected. Diana is an expert esthetician- I love being seen and treated by her and always recommend her to friends and family. Although there were many in line waiting at the desk (largely due to holidays and folks buying gift cards), the receptionist was calm, collected and coordinated. I even complimented her in person on how organized she was and how great of a job she was doing to ensure everyone was seen and helped correctly! I really appreciate these wonderful team members…so much so that I renewed my membership after taking a hiatus! I look forward to my next visit.

Celeste always takes the time to see how I feel And what is bothering me. She is knowledgeable and helpful. She knows how to work out my knots!

Audrey was amazing , so very professional!! She was on top of her game plan , it was my first time with her , but she knew her stuff. She was on point and caught all da knots , I’m going back to see her in 2 weeks . Wish I could be there everyday . Thanks a ton !!
