The massage therapist, Saul, has a great knowledge of how to relieve muscle tension. He finds the areas that are in the most need to be worked on. I like that he is quiet and gets right to work. He doesn't need any guidance, he is a wonderful massage therapist. His touch is firm, which helps relieve my muscle tension.

I was informed and educated about my skin and how to better maintain my skin to look fresh and protected. Overall I had a great experience and loved learning the why behind my skin issues.

The staff is very polite and helpful. The massage therapist knows what she's doing. There are two therapist that are very great at there job.

I always enjoy my massage time with my therapist as she knows the right pressure and knows how to help me relax.

Friendly Informative

I was very impressed with the friendliness, knowledge and professionalism of everyone in the store from the reception to the esthetician and even others that did not have direct interaction with my treatment. The esthetician clearly explained treatments and options without making me feel like I was being I was being pressured or upsold. Everyone was very helpful and made the entire experience wonderful. I immediately booked a follow up appointment and hope to return for many treatments in the future.

Ease of booking and friendliness of staff. Everyone is professional and respectful. I had one bad experience a long time ago and was Happy with how manager handled it

I am very happy about my facial with Janelle. It was relaxing and she addressed my primary skin concerns. I plan to return for another facial in the future.
