I have a specific esthetician I always see and she is very knowledgeable about how to care for my skin. Overall I have seen major improvements following her advice on which treatments to try and for daily care.

Very satisfied. I walked in stiff neck/shoulders and walked out without any stiffness in my shoulders and entire body. It would be great if the cost was about $10-$20 less per month to allow us to tip better & maybe do upgrades.

I am very satisfied with my esthetician’s knowledge of the skin, her ability to calm her clients and her ability to create a welcoming atmosphere as well as her ability to ascertain which products are best for her clients. I’d like to see the cost of the products reduced, as once clients understand the value of the services they still need t9 be able to afford the products. Lastly, it’s important for Hand and Stone to manage their staffing levels. Without reliable staffing clients can’t enjoy your services.

The massage therapist was very knowledgeable, including about energy work and stretching. The previous 2 massages I had with other therapists were mediocre so it was a relief to get a good therapist.
