The massage therapist was very knowledgeable, including about energy work and stretching. The previous 2 massages I had with other therapists were mediocre so it was a relief to get a good therapist.

The staff at the Tukwila store is excellent. I always have a great experience when I go for a facial or massage. I get confused about the points/rewards system and they patiently help me every time. Very friendly staff & professional. The atmosphere is always relaxing and they keep everything clean and nice looking. I always have a good & relaxing experience.
