Friendly front desk reps, clean/warm atmosphere, on time service, and knowledgeable esthetician. I love the 'last minute deals' offered for same day services!

The staff from start to finish are outstanding. I'm not completely happy with the change in rewards system but will stick it out and see how it goes. If membership increases I may have to cancel due to income limitations.

The reception staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the services and promotions offered. My facialist, Rei (Ray) is very good at her job. Well versed in skin care and offering solutions to my concerns. Her massage technique is excellent. I appreciate the fact that she is always on time as well.

Aurora is fantastic, just wish she would offer appts on a Sat or Sun occasionally, hard to get there week days
