The staff from start to finish are outstanding. I'm not completely happy with the change in rewards system but will stick it out and see how it goes. If membership increases I may have to cancel due to income limitations.

Mary was absolutely phenomenal. Massage never had one is good as her.

The points went up for services and it’s ridiculous how much it is now to trade in. It needs to go back down to what it use to be.

Rae is an excellent employee. I keep coming back because of the quality of her service.

The reception staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the services and promotions offered. My facialist, Rei (Ray) is very good at her job. Well versed in skin care and offering solutions to my concerns. Her massage technique is excellent. I appreciate the fact that she is always on time as well.

It’s always a relaxing experience.

Aurora is fantastic, just wish she would offer appts on a Sat or Sun occasionally, hard to get there week days
