Staff is always cheerful and polite. Love Rosalee, my go-to for facials. I appreciate lack of pressure to buy/upgrade at this location.

Tara was amazing and really helped me with knowing how to take care of my face-will be back to see her. Alex was awesome. He did the firmness I liked and the problem areas-will use him again. Probably in 2-3 weeks. :-)

I enjoy the soothing music played throughout the building, but would prefer the volume be lowered and/or more calming music played during my actual massage. Would also prefer the head of bed be away from the door. Would also enjoy eye pads or something to wear during massage while laying on back.

The staff was very accommodating when I ran a little late, Rosalee was very helpful and addressed my questions and gave suggestions.

Jessie is absolutely fantastic! Her massage technique is perfect for relieving my shoulder and back pain, while also allowing me to relax. She also has a great personality!

Lauren was wonderful! I booked the appointment as a first time visitor, and therefore found the pricing perfect. I’m not entirely sure I would pay $99 for a one hour appointment though. Apart from that, I loved the facility and staff!
