Hand and Stone

V is the best massage therapist I have ever had. She is knowledgeable and does a great job. I have referred dozens of people to hand and stone because of her. She is a true asset to your location and the reason many of us keep our memberships.

Haley (at Reception) was very, very pleasant on the phone as was the associate who checked me in Saturday morning (didn't catch her name). Reception area is inviting and relaxing. My hot stone massage w/ Rosa was great. My facial was OK. Not the best facial, not the worst. I had asked for extractions around my nose and feel she could have done a better job in that area. She was very pleasant, very nice, facial, lip treatment, eye treatment and foot treat were very relaxing.

The overall experience was very good. Nuvia was very knowledgeable. I felt she addressed all my concerns.

Seo was very professional and a highly skilled massage therapist. He worked on my trouble areas and talked to be about stretching at home.

Linda was exceptional and very knowledgeable. She was very good at communicating and listening to my needs. The receptionist was very friendly and the overall experience was great. I am moving to Austin, so I can’t return to this location, but I will definitely go to one of the Austin locations if possible.
