I have been a member for a while and I'm always satisfied. Front desk is always very nice. And services are always great. Especially esock the therapist not sure how to spell his name.

Betty is a true professional and she is very engaging as well. She encouraged me to have my eyebrows tinted and my upper lip waxed. I am highly satisfied with these procedures!

I love this location, it is beautiful and convenient. Ishaq is a very capable therapist and always listens to requests and makes sure to accommodate them as best as he can.

Nuvia was wonderful studying my facial. She was knowledgeable on the treatments and products. Her touch was perfect!

Everyone is so nice there. I love massages from Jessica, but am sooo sad that she is leaving this location! I will definitely miss her! I have had 4 different massage therapist over the time of my membership and they have all been good, but Jessica was by far the best! I hope that my next massage therapist will be half as good as Jessica was! The place is also very clean.

I did not intend to say there was an issue with the reception area. It was clean, comfortable, and accommodating. I would like to have had more brand/cost variety of product options. Nuvia was very knowledgeable and thorough, but it did not seem that the many of the products she used were available for purchase. Furthermore, after spending quite a bit of money on my facial, it would have been nice to have comparable products to those used that were not almost as much as the facial itself.

The waiting room, massage room, and even bathroom are so welcoming and beautiful. The staff is beyond customer service oriented and support friendly.

I was able to call and request a same day appointment for my first facial ever. The esthetician took time to explain the steps so I felt relaxed and comfortable. It was an amazing first facial, and my skin is so much happier for it!
