I booked a facial with Betty, who I'd never seen before. Betty was by far the BEST experience I've had at the Flower Mound location. Her knowledge, expertise and obvious experience made my visit very enjoyable. She is calm, assuring and professional. She made many valuable suggestions to help me improve my skin after careful evaluation. She did not rush my visit, which was very appreciated. She recommended products to help my skin problems, explained their benefits, and I did buy a product that she used during my facial. This is the first time I've been interested in buying a product.
