The time allotted could be better. The only thing I miss from C19 is the extra 15-mins most spa's allowed for sanitation. Now, we bear the burden of that discontinued time and receive, if we're lucky, a 45-min service "hands on" with a 60-min window. I'm surprised the staff has enough time to sanitize the room AND their hands and arms in the time frame. It's always only best to be the first or last client of the day I've learned.

Receptionist. Was asked to confirm previous information was correct, gave hard time when I asked to see previous information to confirm. And information was incorrect/ needed updating. Failed to share all consent forms I needed to sign, therapist brought it to her attention I needed to sign more and delayed my appointment more

Massage was fine, upcharging for deep tissue is silly since it’s all subjective. I asked for deep tissue and got what I would expect based on my years of massages to be a “regular” massage. Charge for the massage and skip the upsell…

The visit was fine. The therapist was ok, the pressure was good for the most part. However at one point she increased the pressure which caused significant pain. I left with my lower back feeling a pain that wasn't there prior to the visit. The furniture in the reception area is worn and starting to shred.

This was the second appointment where my request for hot stones was not inputed into my appointment information. The on shift manager apologized immensely and ensured me that I will receive them this next go around.

Told the receptionist I preferred a quiet massage. However, the massage therapist initiated conversation and I felt uncomfortable saying I don't want to talk.

I appreciated that the therapist asked how the pressure was but I told him that more pressure was desired. His pressure did not change. While it was relaxing the massage didn’t relieve my aches and pains.
