My esthetician was great! Very knowledgeable and kind.

The lobby area is fine, nothing impressive. I’d like the music in the massage room to be louder, as I can often hear voices and sounds from the hall.

The esthetician noticed that my skin was irritated after I told her that whatever product she was using was slightly burning. She applied a skin calming product but later that day I noticed that my skin was red and still irritated. I had previously had that treatment a few months ago and did not have any issues so I don’t know what the cause was this time.

A little confusion when checking out regarding my packages and the additional 30 min I received on the massage and the addition of the hot stone.

Checkout. Had gift cards, wanted to use them all up and was quoted prices for services that would use them up, [massage, plus 2 extra services which I only got 1 of] but when checked out was charged a different rate and owed a balance. Staff had difficulties w/ computer, and 2 others had to help her. ]Possible] manager corrected the overcharge. I Was told I was given a credit for the overcharge but a corrected refund reciept was not given.

One item used I would buy but was not available. The person doing my facial was great though! I’d use her again but we travel so my locations vary.

she did not tell me what she was doing or what was going on. The previous estitician would always say, "now I'm going to..." or "I'm applying this product to help with...".

Overall, the facility and staff have been great. The location is really good and the quality of service appears excellent. My main question is about the value of the actual cryo-facial treatments. I've had 3 done out of a 7 package set, and while I do see some results - its not as good as I'd hoped. It seems to be helping the skin on my face, but not helping with wrinkles or puffiness around the eyes, which was my main target.

I requested firm pressure on my form but the pressure was light. The masseuse moved way too quickly instead of focusing on the muscles. She was very nice & professional though. Check out took way too long.

If there is added charge, make sure client is aware. Do not simply reference a previous facial experience. It’s unclear if this is basic facial that is very moisturizing or facial with $30 added moisturizing.
