It was a good experience. I got an introductory discount and think it is a bit pricey going forward. I am also not much of a massage and facial person.

I have found it hard to stay with the same therapist - when I find one I like, I tend to want to stay with them. I have had trouble with booking an appointment and then showing up and finding that I wasn’t booked.

I got a new aesthetician, Emma, she was so friendly and sweet! I could tell she was a little nervous being new but she really was able to analysis my skin needs and make sure I left satisfied. The next day my skin is already clearing up and healing! I’m confident that with time she will be more confident!

The only dissatisfaction was the therapist missed one arm and hand massage. I know they follow a path when massaging and they massage left arm while I was face down but did not do the right. I would have also liked more massage in my neck area

This last time the massage was just okay. Seems like the location is short staffed. Little details need addressed. No hangers in room to hang clothing. Chairs in waiting room are worn.

Therapist jumps from area to area and all moves are quick. Bruising in one area.

This was the second time I’ve seen this therapist, and she does not seem as skilled as others. Her style is more rough and aggressive versus relaxing and focused. She used way too much oil and did not offer a towel to clean up after: had to get my own.

My wife and I had a good experience.

The experience was no different than the other monthly spa's in town. I enjoyed my massage therapist but my reason for not going monthly is the therapist seem to leave quite often. This is a nice place and great for the price. Would love to have a cover for my eyes when I am face up and better sheets they are very thin and uncomfortable laying on.

I was highly satisfied for the most part. I think I would prefer to not talk the whole time, but she was super sweet. I would have liked more recommendations for my skin type
