The restrooms are not as clean as they used to be. In the last three months, the washroom has not smelled clean. Paper tid bits on an unswept floor. Messy sink basin.

I had booked the massages for me and my daughter in law as a Birthday gift to her. I mentioned this when I booked our appointments, and gave my credit card information. When My daughter in law finished before me, she was charged for her massage. When I checked out a few minutes later, the receptionist did not offer to refund her, and charge my card when I let him know of my intention to pay for hers. What was supposed to be a birthday gift, turned into an expensive day for my daughter in law. I did end up giving her the money to pay for it, but it took some of the joy out of the experience.
