Laura is an excellent massage therapist. Her technique is wonderful and very relaxing. She applied the perfect amount of pressure and made sure i was comfortable and concerned about my comfort. I noted that my lower back was an issue and did not feel she addressed this directly. Overall though it was a wonderful experience and I will be requesting her again.

I felt like for the experience, this massage was over priced.

Staff would not book last minute deal and said spa does not accept these.

Check out. Confusion. Took a little time, but it was resolved. Katherine is amazing! She makes me feel relaxed and my skin glows!

I didn’t receive the full hour & I wanted a firmer pressure.

I added the foot massage and I expected more. There was really any massage it was more like application of produce. On the rest of my massage there could have been a lot more pressure. I told them I could handle it but it was ok.

Kelsey helped me get my appointment set and checked me in- she is very welcoming and helped me make the best use of my credits. Zac was my therapist and he was fantastic.

I mentioned to the massage therapist my areas of focus which were my legs( hamstring, quads , etc). He focused a lot on my back. Overall he was good with firm massage. I just needed more therapy on my legs. He was very nice and polite.

Just wanted a firmer massage. Because there weren't many appointments available I took what I could get, but the masuse wasn’t firm enough. I knew that he wasn’t form going in though. I hopefully scheduled enough in advance to get someone former next time

Facial lady was not fully trained in all peel products at the time of service, she didn't read my prior history with peels, and her technique has room to improve. With all that said, she was worth the appt! Chairs in waiting room are worn with cuts and marks.
