Did not accept Spa Finder gift cards when other Hand and Stone locations accept them.

I didn’t care for my estitician.

The esthetician had to stop my facial and leave the room with the machine so the other esthetician could use it for her appointment. Felt that the esthetician rushed using the machine on me and did not feel it was professional to have to leave your customer and take a machine to another room.

It was nice. The room was a little basic, not spa like. Service was friendly and massage was great.

The esthetician did not explain which service would be covered by membership and how much more other services would be.

I don’t feel like my entire face was treated - upper forehead, jawline. The massage was too gentle.

My service provider was very friendly and did a good job providing the treatments that were chosen. However, I came in specifically to have some whiteheads extracted and she never did that. I asked if she got them all out and she said she got most of them, but they are all still here. I'll need to book another appointment elsewhere to get it done correctly which will be additional expense.

I forgot to tell the esthetician not to use retinol products and to use only non-comodogenic products, oils and serums.

Therapist was excellent but she didn't acknowledge she was running late. We didn't start massage til 10 minutes after appointment time. I thought she would make up for lateness but she didn't. I was disappointed she did that but did not say anything. I also gave her a $20 tip.

First time there. Trying a new masseuse.
