I was shocked that we had a couples massage for a valentines treat for ourselves. I tipped 30 per massage therapist thinking it was the same price as normal, however to my surprise at the end not aware prior nor when we came in that the owner (what the receptionist stated) raised the couples room an extra 10.00 per person. That is something you would state prior, not after to be surprised. I almost took away the twenty out of the massage therapist tip. I didn’t however I expect honesty from this company. We have been members for a long time and that really stunk that they did that so I cannot give a highly satisfied. Just be up front about price.

The cost has gone up, but not the service. I had a very difficult time getting an appointment.

I feel like the prices are too high. I wish that the cost was lower. Or, that there would be special offers to take advantage of for discounts.

I think the spa is beautiful and I felt it was safe and clean. My message was booked for an hour long hot stone. The appointment was at 1:00pm but the massage did not start until 1:07 and finished at 1:56. I also had a foot treatment. I expected the hot stone massage to last a full hour and then the foot treatment. I felt a little cheated. The pressure was great and the massage felt wonderful but the time spent was concerning. I also mentioned my lower back needed attention but don’t feel much time was spent there.

Katherine is attentive and takes the time to do what is good for my skin.

When I canceled my membership, the clerk gave me false information regarding using earned treatments, gift cards I had bought for others, etc. A friend shared I should chk with another clerk, which I did & got it all ironed out! Massage felt rushed, not relaxing as much as it could have been by Cynthia, but facial by Catherine was outstanding in everyway!

I always love going to hand and stone to get a massage. I do not have a membership and this is the only time that I’ve gone that I really felt like the membership was being pushed to sell. After a massage one wants to relax not necessarily make financial decisions and commitments to sign up for a membership. I was asked three times after I said no it was kind of annoying.

Your cost went up $ 10 so with tipping therapist and the increase in massage cost, not sure I will continue

Massage did not start on time. Massage was cut short due to having a facial next. Tech did not massage neck and shoulders, too much time was spent on my back.

It felt so rushed. As if they were booked back to back. Get you in and out. When I’m there to relax and not feel rushed. The technique my massage therapist used felt like deep tissue massage and I wanted a simple, relaxing Swedish massage. She used her elbows which I’ve never experienced before and was not a fan. It was not slow and relaxing, but her technique was very fast which just felt odd for a relaxing massage. Felt more like a sports massage or something. She was very kind and professional. I just would not call that a Swedish massage.
