I did not wear my hearing aids and therefore was frustrated at not being able to understand my facial estition because she talked too low.

I was given a gift card by a friend. I was disappointed that I could not use the remaining balance to purchase something. I was told "it has to be for massage"....couldn't even use it to give to massage therapist. That is a huge rip off.

There is always room for improvement. Giving a high praise might send a mixed signal. Overall I feel like experience is moving in the right direction.

I was very satisfied with my massage, it was relaxing and made me feel renewed afterwards.

Everything was great, I will say I was unsure if my eucalyptus was used, but I have never had a professional massage before and this experience was great.

The only issue was my massage did not start until 15-20 min after appt time. But it ended a little over the hour so I was fine with the overall time. A very minor issue.

Therapist was running 10-15 minutes late. Pressure applied was less than requested. Booked a regular massage appointment online but was surprised it was a hot stone massage when I got to the room, which is an added expense I didn’t plan for.
