The therapist overall was good but he just talked too much during my session. The lighting could have been lower too.

Mr. James was great at focusing on the areas I asked; however, I told him I was looking to relax and even fall asleep but he continued to talk/make comments during my service. We had a good conversation but I was looking to relax not talk. Overall his technique was impeccable!

I had booked my appointment online at a time available. I was called 30 minutes before my appointment time to ask if I could move by start time to 30 minutes later, I could not, so it was only pushed back 15 minutes. This was my 1st visit and selected the basic facial, with a hand & scalp add on. The esthetician completed disregarded what I had selected and while I was on the table kept trying to upsell me on facials and different add ons, to the point that it was uncomfortable. If upselling is part of the presentation then why do you need to select a facial and add ons when you book? My original bill would have bill around $90 before gratuity, if I had accepted all of the treatments she was pushing it would have been near $300! Again if the upsell is part of the presentation then that would be nice to know before going in and having to sit through a sales pitch and having to keep saying no.

Asked for aroma therapy and did not receive. Arrived 15 min early to complete paperwork and open sign was on but doors were locked

I felt like the "Customer Service" was lacking. The receptionist was very matter of fact and not very friendly, especially considering it was my first time there. I felt like if I took the time to complete the online paperwork, then the therapist would have known the areas of concern, vs asking me "if there were any areas of concern." She also never introduced herself by name to me. She was nice, however didn't seem to care to know how I was feeling afterwards or if I would return. I also checked the clock and the 60 min message was cut short by 20 min (started 10 min late, ended 10 min early).

The message felt more like a rub than a massage Relaxing, not bad,.just not the massage I was hoping for. I added a foot treatment upon arriving for both my daughter and I, but both got missed. The staff gave us a free treatment for next visit and were super friendly, but wasn't the best I've experienced. We will give this location another try though, it very convenient location wise.

I received a facial in the past at your location. During those facials, the neck and very upper part of shoulders and chest were part of it. It seems each time I go for services, the process changes. It would be nice to have expectations set properly if services have changed. I felt like I only received part of a facial. The bottom of my chin was barely done.
