Very clean, professional, and efficient operation. I feel a bit pressured by the upselling & multiple emails from just one visit. I would not consider it a good value at your regular price of $100/hr. That just seems like more pressure to subscribe. I don't want to be pressured into getting any massage or personal service. Coconut water was a nice and unexpected option but had an overpowering artificial taste. Overall, I did really appreciate the clean, and professional appearance and operation of everything! Thank you

I waited in my room for over 5 minutes, then she was out of a product and she had to go get it. I lost out on approximately 10 minutes of services.

Faren did a wonderful job on my massage, she was friendly and made me feel relaxed. I can’t wait to go back for another massage!

My appointment was 15 minutes late. The room was messy. Did not seem spa like.

Compared with other massage businesses I’ve used in the past, this experience was okay. My massage therapist was running late and was obviously feeling rushed to get my massage completed and back on track. Her sense of rush made me feel slightly less relaxed. While the massage worked out several of my aches, it lacked the relaxation and enjoyment I seek when paying for this type of service.

I have chronic back and shoulder issues and am working with the therapist to address these specific issues with appropriate pressure. It's been a learning experience for both of us.

I felt like she was rushing through the massage.

Skin did not seem clean and I had several pimples and blackheads show in when I washed my face that night. Also in the past the facial was much better in my opinion. This last time she also did not address my lips at all for moisture.

The therapist was late getting me back. She worked on areas I didn’t request.

Too much time massaging neck area. Miss Jessi -she was the best! Had to wait 10 minutes while daughter went in on time so then she had to wait for me when finished. Nice if oils were scented
